Record Producer

Hi Team ,

can anyone please help me here . 

We have a record producer ' Create Incident ' .

If user Select -

What is not working  >> Applications 

Application Name >> Anything 

If We submit the incident .

- 

But if you see here -

Application name is Blank in platform , IDK why this issue .

can anyone please help me here , what check i have to check .

Change your variable to a reference and it should work then.

Hi,

This issue is because of type mismatch, On incident table field type is reference and on record producer it is look up box.

You need to change it to the reference on record producer then it will get map.
