Non - ITIL user is not able to see Additional comments and work notes on sys_popup window of reference field but they can see on the form once opened the record.
I looked at all possibilities and did not find any cause. I made new sys_popup view on sc_req_item table but still shows same not showing both fields.
Help on this, please. Thanks in advance.
