Hello forum!
I have a question regarding the ServiceNow API and its limitations on fetching data. Specifically, I'm interested in understanding if there are any restrictions based on the date range from which we can fetch data, or any limitations on the amount of data we can retrieve.
For example, when using the tickets API, is there a specific date considered as the beginning date from which we can start fetching data? Additionally, are there any restrictions on the volume of data we can retrieve
Any insights or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
