Hi All,
My change request got stuck in the group approval.
When the normal change request is rejected and the state is reset to "New," on resubmission of the same request, the individual approval is working as expected but not group approval.
FYI, we are deleting the old or rejected approvals from the related list.
Kindly explain to me why the change request is getting stuck.
Thanks

Hi,
It is skipping the group approval when rejected change request is resend for approval.
User approval is working as expected for rejected change request where as group approval are getting skipped.
Can we replace the workflow for the rejected change request? or reset all the approvals?
FYI - on rejection of change request all approvals are deleted.

Hi @MR1
This approval is always a dark area. The only thing, you need to check each and every step of Workflow or reset it for all. But dont do changes in OOTB, take a copy and change.
