Hello All,
I have a requirement to configure Rejection on SC Task. For example, While purchasing a software, I ask for 'TextPad' and flow it to go through Procurement(to buy the license ) and Computer Delivery (to install it in my desktop). However, Procurement should have the rights to reject the whole request, saying, 'Please use NotePad, TextPad is not allowed in our organization.'
If the procurement team rejects it, no further task should be created for Computer Delivery team.
Any ideas on this process are appreciated. Thank you.

Hi @Mannapuram
Basically, what you’re looking for is approval at the REQ/RITM level, not at the task level — and that is already available OOTB.
You can take any OOTB catalog item and review the flow where the approval is configured. If the manager or procurement team rejects the request, the entire Request is cancelled and no tasks are created.
Please review the OOTB flow once to get a better understanding, mate.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

@Dr Atul G- LNG Thanks for the quick response. But I am looking for an approval at task level. I am aware of the Approval at the RITM level. Here the RITM is not going to Procurement team, only one of the task is going to them. If they don't want to purchase, then it should get closed (Just like a RITM rejected, but at SC task level).
If not a Reject option on the form, any ideas to do this in flow also welcome.
