Related tasks are not appearing as suggestions when creating a KB Article using NowAssist

Hello,
I have installed Now Assist for ITSM in my OOB instance, and the KB generation skill is activated.

In the Service Operation Workspace, I am creating a KB article from scratch by clicking on the New UI action. I selected the following mandatory fields and clicked on "Create Article":

  • Knowledge Base: IT

  • Article Template: Standard

Afterward, I get a modal for AI assist to draft the article and click on "Yes, draft with Now Assist."
However, I am not receiving any suggestions to select tasks/incidents. I have tried entering keywords from the Description, Resolution Notes, and Number fields, but it didn’t work.

The same behavior was observed in Xanadu as well as the Yokohama instance.

Is there something I might be missing?
Do I need to configure anything, such as Search Resource? Shouldn't this be available by default?
Please advise.

The issue was resolved after performing the indexing task table.
