Remove Clickable Link in Related List in configurable Workspace

 I want to remove the clickable link on a  Related List on a configurable Workspace.

For example, on the screenshot : I want to remove the link for the Email Related List

Hi @devservicenow k,

We can remove the links using Omit links in List control. but list control configurations do not suppurated in Agent workspace.

For reference -

List control configurations do not work in Agent Workspace
