Remove tabs in form sections

I am trying to make it so that there are no tabs in my form sections.  I know that if I get rid of the names of each section then that would work, but I need the section names in there.  Is there another way I can get rid of the tabs and still keep the section names?

I can't share the exact one that I'm working on but here's an example.  I want to get rid of the tabs that I have circled in black but keep the titles of "Notes," "Related Records," and "Resolution Information."

From the form layout, just remove the fields in those tabs.

Right click on the form header and configure>form layout.

Select your section and removed the fields from selected to available

I don't want to get rid of the fields within the tabs, just the tabs themselves.  I want a long form instead of having sections, but I still need the headers that are written on the tabs.
