Report Created by me and shared to me

Hi all,

I have created a new role with list of users & report_group role in order to create a new Report.
And i have created a new page in that   I want to show them a list of Reports which is created by them and shared to them instead of all Reports.
How to do that?

Could you please help me?

Hi Anna,

In the sharing option of the report , simply navigate to the second option 'roles', and add the role for every report you want to share.

I have just created new page and in that just added the new iframe with the given url

https://instancename.service-now.com/sys_report_list.do?sysparm_query=sys_created_by=javascript:gs.g...()

So now the users are able to see all reports.

I just want to hide all Reports instead of that just want to add the reports which is created by them & shared to them in a report_home page.

Ii want the page without Global & All buttons.

How to do that?

Instead of UI page, you can leverage dashboard platform feature to show reports they created on dashboard.

In performance analytics dashboard, you can create interactive filters to show reports created by logged in user.
