On the comments tickets. I would like to be able to retrieve email_sent comments from the portal service. The Ticket conversation widget uses a $sp.getStream() function.
Apparently this function automatically retrieves worknote and additional comments from journal entries. How can I retrieve email_sent since it is not in the journal entries?
