Good afternoon everyone 🙂

I have the below request

Requesting the "most viewed knowledge articles report to be grouped by Knowledge base to a month on month (Last 6 months).

I have been trying a lot of things, but I cannot get it to work. Can you please guide me on this?

Regards

Thereza

Hi @Thereza Van der ,

I understand the view is different as the article is quite old but you don't necessarily have to use departments if that is not your criteria.

Check the one i tried in my instance, Attached screenshot for your reference. Hope this helps.

This gives you a six month data aggregation of most viewed articles.

Please mark helpful by using the thumbsup icon and accept it as solution if it helped you.

Thanks,
Mahathi

Thanks Atul, I will post on the other forum board. My report is not correct, because I don't know how to add the dates for the past six months. It is not as easy as using the 'created by' field. I need to report on most viewed. There is a view count field, but it does not look like it is working.

Hi @Thereza Van der
