Hello All I created a report for all colleagues who have left, this works perfectly but I have been asked if the person who has left can be added made visible in the report? as per screen grab

Hi @Ralton Stewart ,

Where do have the Person who has left?? is it in the Requested for field?? some varibale

If requested for >Bring in Requested for Column or If its Variable bring in the Variable as column as below

Select variable >choose the catalog item > bring the variable required,

Hi @Ralton Stewart ,

You selected the wrong field i.e catalog task field and you expanded it

Pls do the following >click on the very first field i.e "Catalog Task fields" and scroll all the way down , you will be able to find the variables.
