One report is generated on the "sc_req_item" table. I added the " MDM" item category to the report condition. I want the fields from this item on the service catalog to be visible on the report. For admin all the fields on catalog item are visible but not for other users. The fields are visible for other user on the form level, but not in the report. what is the reason behind it.

Check the report_view acl's.

Hello, I have the same problem, albeit with a slight variation, I'm trying to create a report in SN for a form without table, so I want to accuses the general form that is sent to the all user after the finial approval, but for that specific form not all forms.
so the table contain that form is "asmt_metric_result",To pinpoint this form, I've undertaken the filtering process as follows: instance.task.catalog task.item = is = "form name." However, the system returns zero results.
Any guidance or insight into resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Since your problem has nothing to do with the question asked Tanvisha_1 (solution was report_view acl) and the post is over a month old, you will probably get a faster answer if you create a new question for this, including screenshots of what you mean (since you mention 'a form without table' and later you say 'the table contain that form'... that sounds like the form has a table? Please create a new question for this so you can be helped properly instead of just taking a random 'no data on report'-question from the community.
