Reports Pivot Table

Use Case:

I want to use the Pivot Table type on reports but without columns. I want only to use Row and leave column to blank or empty and only display Total in the column:

Assigned To	Total
TestUser1	15
TestUser2	25
Total	40

Is this possible?

What type of report should I use to achieve this one?
