'Request Approved (Request Approved)' stage on list view on RITMs

Hello Experts,

 

When I set the 'Stage rendering' as 'Requested item renderer' in workflow properties, We are seeing the 'Request Approved (Request Approved)' stage as below. Fyi, We don't have approvals on Request level and also RITM level.

 

Why are we seeing it? is it ootb? Should we remove it? if so how to remove it?

Hi Rocky4,

The stage column on  Requested Item table is OOTB and its type = workflow means you can set the stage values based on workflow approval path.

You can re-configure Stage Sets Entries from Workflow -> Stage Sets -> Requested Item

I would suggest, keep this stage value even if you are not setting this stage in any of catalog item workflow.
