Response Template not reflecting in the Email Draft on CSM Workspace.

Hello Everyone,

We are required to add response templates in the email on the CSM workspace.  But it is not reflecting there instead is showing Loading.

How can I get Response Templates?

Anybody already have an answer on this one? Facing the same issue and do not have any options to explore anymore. In SOW it works but with a different case type only can get it working on the sidebar but not on compose email. Table configuration is done in customer service scope with case type table....

Is this still an issue? it was happening to me too, but got resolved when I remove the 'short description' from the Search Fields related list in the table configuration record.
