Restrict developper from accessing the global application scope

Is it possible to restrict deveppers to use only a specified scopped application and not use global scope application ?

Yes, open the scoped application in Studio (Not App Engine Studio). Open the File menu and Manage Collaborators menu item. From there, you can assign people as Editors of the application scope, but they will not have access to the admin functions outside of that scope.

You can also open the application in the App Engine Studio and find the icon in the top right showing the person avatar with a circle plus (+) to add collaborators.
