Restrict knowledge articles of particular knowledge base to be visible in ESC portal

Hi everyone,

I have a requirement that whenever searches for any article belonging to a particular kb, it should not be visible in search results of Employee Center (ESC) portal. I only want certain knowledge base articles to be visible in ESC portal and for rest KBs, the articles should not show up in the search results pf ESC Portal. Can anyone guide me how to achieve that?
