Restricting Email Notifications to Specific Domain Addresses

Hi everyone ! I have the following issue: This notification is currently being sent to any email address format of the recipient, and now I want to be sent only to recipients with email address in the format *@bmo.co.jp. Is that possible? If so, could you please guide me on how to do it? Thank you.
