Hi,
I am currently on Fuji release.
Last week, I was able to create a Risk Assessment and have it pop up on the RFC form when select "Fill out Risk Assessment". However, this week, the popup is not happening. Here is the result:
Has anyone else been experiencing this?
Thanks in advance!

Was anything changed? Were the Risk Conditions or Risk Assessments removed by mistake? Did you try clearing the cache (cache.do)?

Well, here is a history of what happened:
I have created a Risk Assessment in GLOBAL application pointing toward the Change_Request table.
However I have a custom application that I wanted everything to go under, so I created a new Risk Assessment in the new application and pointed it toward the custom table I extended from Change_Request. I think deleted the old Risk Assessment in GLOBAL. The popup would not work. So I pointed it back at the Change_Request table, no luck. I then re-created the old risk assessment in GLOBAL to see if I could get it back but no.
Next step, I enabled the risk plugin on another DEV instance. Same thing is occurring but a different error was found. Here is what Inspect reported on the first instance:
It appears that things are working as expected in the other DEV instance today, however. Any input on this one?
Thanks!

Are they out of the box questions? Maybe you could just reload the plugin (Change Management Risk Assessment) and it will right things.

Yeah, we tried that yesterday, with no success.
It is my understanding you can "remove" the plugin, just reload it, is that correct?
