How can I edit purchase order field on the submitted RITM (its user account request form).
Please guide.

Hi @tGhadage ,
1st You can edit by List view.
2nd You download the xml and edit the field there.
3rd you can update it by background script(You will have to GlideRecord on that table and pass the sysid and update the record).

HI @tGhadage
Once an RITM is submitted it is not recommended to change any attribute, that is against process. If you want to change, better to change from native view , also remember if any flow / workflow attached and depend on that field can cause big issues.
