RITM Stage Icons not showing

Hi All,
I've got a workflow running on the sc_req_item table which has some subflows within it:
On the Parent Workflow and the BAU - Web Functional subflow I've set the stages as:
However the RITM is only showing a single icon which is none of these stages:
How is this meant to work as I was expecting 8 icons (1 for each custom stage)?

Hi,
Those stages need to be issued out to the various activities you have in your workflow. That list of stages is just "eligible options"...now you need to double-click those activities and fill in the stage field (near the top) with the relevant stages.

Hi,
I've set the stages in the activities, and I can see these updating as expected in the 'Stage' field on the RITM form, its just the expected display in the list view that doesn't seem to be working?

can you confirm the workflow activity which you have used , did you set that stage value there ?

Samogden, you've attached a screenshot of your workflow...correct? In that screenshot...I don't see those stages attached to any activity there, unless those are inside the subflows you have going....if it's only showing you the request approved stage...that comes from the request workflow, then you'd have this particular workflow running on the sc_req_item level....with this exact workflow (if you assigned it as such in your Service Catalog > Maintain Items, record.
Try double-clicking one of these activities that isn't a subflow and place a stage there...then go and test it, you should see it show up.
