RITM Stage not showing properly

Hello Team,

Why is my stage being showed improper, It should be like

Waiting for Approval (Approved)
Waiting for Approval (In progress)             // this should come in 2nd
Work in Progress (Pending - has not started)   // this should come in 3rd
Fullfilled (Pending - has not started)
Completed (Pending - has not started)

But its not showing in such way, What am i doing wrong here. i have given both my screen shots below
Can someone please help

Hi,

This depends on if you are using the stage field on the workflow. I see you are using the stages in that order which is shown.
