Hey community :),
I'm having an issue on the setup for RPA Desktop Design Studio. I'm receiving the error "Studio plugin not found". It is possible that I didn't entered correctly the link for the instance and now I cannot go back to input the correct url instance. I've looked through Robot files, but I couldn't see anything relevant.
Do you have any ideas?
Thanks

Hi Diana,
If you're still facing this issue, locate AppData folder [you can simply type %AppData% in file explorer, windows might directly open "roaming" subfolder so back] now open "Local" and then ServiceNowRPA. You will find Config file there with name "global". (C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\ServiceNowRPA) Either delete that or just make the changes there and enter the correct url for the instance.
This might solve the problem. Helped in my case!
With regards,
Ashwini Patel

Hi,
Can you give a bit more information as to the steps you've followed. Are you following this: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/sandiego-application-development/page/product/rpa-studio/ta... ?
And RPA cannot be activated within a personal developer instance at this time.

Hi,
First of all, is not a personal developer instance. Currently I'm trying to install and do the setup for RPA Studio. This link I'm following: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/sandiego-application-development/page/product/rpa-studio/task/install-rpa-studio.html
