Hi Team , Good Day for all 

 

We have integrated with SailPoint. after latest version upgraded 2 new menus were added ' Approval Rules ' and ' Approval Definitons ' as you can see below .

 1 . If i opens Approvals Rules or Approval Definitions , Here these is 'New' buttons shows as you can see in the below image . 

     - ' New ' button will show for both Approval Rules and Approval Definition.

2 . where as we have user from other team he is unable to see this new button . as u can see in the below .

As per the documentation we have provided roles as well .

These are roles user currently having .

But still that user is unable to see 'New' Button .

 

Any way i am having admin access , so that i can see , but we can't give admin access right ! . 

 

How to fix this issue . 

 

Can any please suggest me what are the things i need to check .

@nameisnani  Sailpoint tables are combination of ITSM and custom tables.

To access those you should have ITSM role like ITIL and sap role which is given in Create ACL of that approval table.
