Catalog task request number not showing up in task. but showing in request.

click on "i" icon besides request item? is it showing you correct record? or record not found?

If it is record not found them probably wrong RITM is attached to the task which probably does not exist or have been deleted

can you configure the dictionary and show the dictionary of this field.
