Scheduled email reports not generating emails to distribution List

Hi ,

I have a scheduled email report , where in the email address i have given the address of the DL.

But unfortunately the email is not triggered to the distribution list.

Any idea how to achieve this?

Hi @Shyna ,

"who will receive" tab requires user or group to be selected from the sys_user table and sys_user_group table.

Ideally when you select any group there; it sends the email to all it's group members and not to the actual group itself; if there are no members for that group then it won't sent to those but still send for other users.

Check if that group has any "inactive" users.
