Scheduled Report does not send emails

My Scheduled Report is working fine in development environment but not sending emails in customer production environment, does anyone know what could be the reason for this?

Did you check in mail logs? Do you have a mail triggered for it atleast?

If so, what format is report sent? Did you check the file size or attachment type?

The file format is excel, and everything is executable in the development environment
