Is there any functionality in scheduled reports that allows you to send multiple reports in one e-mail, but also in one document, rather than say 20 separate pdf files attached to the email. This would be either in a dashboard format or simply page after page but in one single pdf document.

Hi Maymun,
Sending multiple reports in a single mail is possible by using the Include with (Related list for Scheduled reports that needs to be added if not available on the form) however, getting all PDF merged & sending it as a single PDF is currently not possible as per my understanding.

Hi Maynun, when you used the Include with field its looking for a "job". How did you set up the 2nd job (Scheduled Report) such that it did not run also? i.e.
I have Scheduled Report A and Scheduled Report B. I set up (filled out the form of) Scheduled Report A with Scheduled Report B in the Include with field and vice versa. Both jobs run and I get two emails with 2 documents.
I have figured out the Scheduled Report in the Include with field is the "master" in that the email includes the intro of the Included with Scheduled Report.
Thanks, Ken

Did you figure out a solution to this? I assume you don't add any users or groups to Job B.
