Hi Team,
We have created a Pivot Report and scheduled it to be sent on monthly basis as a PDF.
It was working till last month but now it sends a blank report/pdf.
When you run the same report manually you will get the data but PDF is blank in the email.
We have the plugin "WebKit HTML to PDF" already installed. Run as is not empty.
Please assist us on this issue.

What I mean to say is in Pivot can you try to limit the result adding filter and then export?

Hi,
Set the run as field as empty so that it will always run with the system user.
Can you try to schedule the same report with a different report type and check if it has the same behaviour or different behaviour?
Also, check the query/ACL business rules on the same table.
