Hi,
We can scheduled one report and checked omit if no record. If no data in the report it should not send any mail to the users. But it is not working as expected. Mail has been triggered and excel file with no data send to user mail id.
can anyone give me suggestion/comments on the same.

Run the report to see that actually for given conditions, there are no any data.
If data is there,then check the access level of "Run as" user (scheduled job) on that table.

Hi Deepak,.
i am facing a similar issue where the scheduled report is sending reports to users even though the omit if no records is checked . Can you please let us know what was the solution here.
