How does the Scheduling Assistant determine available time slots?
We defined a blackout schedule which blacks out the 1st weekend of each month. We also defined a maintenance schedule which has the maintenance window defined as each Saturday starting at 3:00 pm and ending on Sunday at 6:00 pm.
If we look at the Conflict Calendar in Change, these schedules appear on the calendar as expected. However, the Scheduling Assistant is not displaying as expected. Only 1 Saturday per month is showing with available times but Sundays are showing correctly for each week of the month. For example, 2/1 & 2/2 are showing correctly with No Available Times since this is the blackout weekend. 2/8 & 2/9 are showing with the expected available times but 2/15 is showing with no available times and 2/16 is showing with the expected available times.
Looking at other months, the same pattern appears - the 1st weekend of the month shows no available times as expected, the 2nd weekend of the month shows available times on Saturday and Sunday as expected but the remaining weekends show No Available Times on Saturdays with available times on Sundays.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?
