At one point, Per ServiceNow - .jpg format for images is not recommended for knowledge articles. We have a customer that is very interested in adding screenshots to their knowledge articles.
Can anyone tell me with the London version of Servicenow, is .jpg still not recommended?
And is there any recommendations / solutions out there for pictures within a knowledge article?
Thank you,
Karen

Users can insert .jpg images in exiting knowledge articles.
I just tested by inserting .jpg images in existing knowledge article and it works.

You can create your knowledge article in word document with .jpg images and then import this word document.
There is OOB funtionality available to import word to create knowlege article with images.

Thank you Sachin,
This is good if your are doing individual documents. What we are doing for our customer is creating a separate knowledge base for a specific team and we will be uploading a few hundred documents. So they wanted to know the best option for adding the images (screenshots) after their articles were loaded into the system.
I appreciate the information that you have provided.
