I recently started working at a company that already has many different catalog items and processes within their Servicenow Instance. Prior to my arrival they did not create any sort of technical documentation for anything in the system!
I have been going through each catalog item manually and creating documentation for the technical specs variables, use cases, workflow processes, etc... I was wondering if anyone has any thought of how to automate or script this?
The goal would be to create a script and pass through a catalog Item and have it automatically create a "technical document" for this catalog item.
Any ideas, suggestions, or notes if this is even possible would be very much appreciated!
