Hi,
In Tokyo version, the scroll bar is not showing the small triangle on either top or bottom. The scroll bar is not fitting in correctly in the HTML editor window. In Rome this is working perfectly fine.
In the attached image for Rome, the two little triangles at the top and bottom is visible for the scrollbar. And it works we change the zoom in browser to any value, it fits in.
For Tokyo, as you can see, its not showing the top small triangle and its not correctly fitting in. If we change the zoom to a particular value, it works.
Anyone faced this issue, if so please provide some suggestions.

SN support team has confirmed that the issue is related to problem PRB1615397 where the scrollbar is affected when a large image is attached. They have tried the workaround as advised in:
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1192991
But it did not help restore the scrollbar down arrow.
Hence they have linked this issue with problem PRB1615397.
