Search a particular item in among all of the Flow/Subflow/Action

Hi there,

If I need to search a particular item in a flow/subflow/Action, while I am troubleshooting, say for example, then how do I do it.

The Studio Code Search does not help there.

Example:  Let's say, I see there is a comment added on a form by System. So, I need to see, which Flow/Subflow/Action is doing that. I cannot know, until I know the exact Flow/Subflow/Action, or is there a way?

I doubt there is any straight way.
