Hello,
I added my Knowledge base under the SEARCH SOURCES in my Portal, and it works good, but I noticed something weird. When I search for something it says NO RESULTS FOUND, but when I press ENTER, it finds KBs.
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you

I am using the default so I cannot make changes.
I created my own Search Source, with the following:
It seems to be working, it locates my KBs on the search box.. so good i guess.. but when I click on them it seems be to a weird page, no the KB_article
As you can see here

Hi Miguel,
There are a few possible reasons why you see “No results found” when you search for something, but get results when you press enter. Here are some of them:
- The search widget may have a delay in displaying the results as you type. This could be due to network latency, browser performance, or server load. You can try to increase the Search Debounce value in the Search Configuration record for your portal This will reduce the number of requests sent to the server as you type and may improve the responsiveness of the search widget.
- The search widget may have a filter or condition that prevents some results from showing up as you type. For example, if you have a Search Source record that specifies a Knowledge Base and a Category, then.... You can check the configuration of your search sources and make sure they are not too restrictive or conflicting with each other.
- The search widget may have a bug or customization that is affecting its behavior. For example, there may be a script or style that is interfering with the display of the results, or a business rule or ACL that is modifying the query or response. You can try to disable any customizations or plugins that may affect the search widget and see if the issue persists. You can also check the browser console and network tab for any errors or warnings.
I hope this helps you troubleshoot your problem
Kind Regards,
