Searching results is not showing up in service portal

Hi Team,

I'm facing an issue in service portal, when i try to search the request number in the service portal the results are not showing up, please advice further.Please find attached screen shots for your reference.

Is the search source defined for the RITMDC Table?

Navigate to Service Portal > portals > YOUR PORTAL RECORD

 

You need to add RITMDC table as a search source

Hey @dvp ,

Actually, i'm also getting same error means if i search something, 1st time it gives expected results,

 but on the same page if i try to search something its giving me 400 error in response even if results are present and i need to refresh the page then i get the results, please have a look at screenshot
