Select mutliple choice which are created manually

Hi All, 

I have requirement in catalog item:

variables:                                                                                                                      -type

1)Please specify why you would like Full Mailbox Access (select all that apply)  - Radio button(multiple)

A) The Mailbox Owner is unable to provide the required access using the manual process due to the large volume of sub-folders within the mailbox

B) The Mailbox Owner is unable to provide the required access using the manual process due to the large amount of time this will take

C) The Mailbox Owner has left and I need access to retrieve Business data

I should want to select multiple in this choice currently I'm able select only one but my requirement is to select multiple. Please let us know how can I achieve this.

In this case, you need to list collector only. multi choice will not work. In multi choice is like a radio button.

I think if you want to make this variable as multi-select its better make that variable type as list collector so that you can able to select all that apply as per your requirement.

But once you make the variable type as list collector the choices will not be visible similar to radio buttons.
