Is it possible to send a email notification to a user and also the Service Now instance to trigger a inbound action? I want to email a tech and at the same time use an inbound action to change the state and set other values in the incident. thanks in advance for your help.

Configure an inbound action in ServiceNow to trigger when an email is sent to a specific email address associated with your instance. This inbound action can parse the incoming email, extract relevant information such as incident number or status change, and then update the corresponding incident record accordingly.
