When I am creating any new request as admin, task is created successfully, but when any other user with itil role is creating request then task is not created , what might be the reason ?can anyone please guide me in resolving this error.

I found the solution if properties in flow designer in RunAs field selected user who initiates the session then other user will not be able to create task ,we will have to select system user to allow other users as well for the same.

Can you please elaborate with maybe help of screenshots what is happening, how have you setup the catalog item? Is it a record producer?

No its not any record producer, it is physical device allocation service catalog for automation I have used flow designer but when I am impersonating with other user task is not creating

When in the flow, you try and test, do you see any errors? Is the flow stuck? Can you see the execution logs of that flow?
