Hi,
I am presently working on the "service desk call" module to do some customization.
Please help me to achieve the below requirement.
whenever a call was created with the call type as "status call" , two related lists should appear(one is for incidents by same caller and another id for requests by same caller). Now, under related lists if i click on any incident or request record then the present call number should be tagged to that selected record.
Thanks & Regards,
Swamy

The OOB main form does not have a save button...only submit. The screenshot you provided is the CALL record that was created after the submit action so you should only have the submit button when you're redirecting to the INC.

Hi Ruiz,
Thanks again for your kind reply.
It is a customized a button in our instance. However, when i select call type as incident or request it is redirecting to the record(form) when i clicked on save button also. That's why i have to raise this question.
One more question i have on this.
When i select "call type" as status_call, it is redirecting to the selected record in the field. But for example, if i created a incident from the call module then a new related list "call" was coming and it is showing the call number that was tagged to this incident. I want to implement the same functionality to the status call also i.e, if i select the call type as status call and some record(incident) then the current call number should be tagged to the redirected record.
Could you please help me to achieve this requirement.
Regards,
swamy
