Service Portal - Add 2nd navigation bar to header

Hi,

I was hoping that someone can help me with adding a 2nd navigation bar to the header.  I am looking to do something like this.

I cloned the header widget so that I can make my own adjustments.  I moved that data menu widget below the navbar and what you see above is what I got.  But what I am wanting to do, is have the My Delegates, Wish List, Cart, and Tours next to the profile name.

Does anyone know how I can go about doing this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you please share what configurations you have done?

Have you added Header menu widget on Page?

or You have configured cloned widget on Portal?

I realized that to put the Wishlist, Cart, and Tours at the top that I would need to create a 2nd menu.

On the SP Header Menu, I do not have any additional menu items. 

On the 2nd menu (2ndBarNav) is where I will put my menu items.

In the Header widget that I cloned, I want to add the new menu item here in the html.

But I am unsure how to add that new menu items (2ndBarNav) into this widget.
