Having this issue as well. I want the footer to show on the simple list widget. Clearing the "Maximum Entries" does work to show the footer, but then it will show however many tickets are in there. I would still like the Max to be 5 tickets, but to still show the "View All" even if there isn't any tickets in that widget.
