Servicenow emails are going to junk and it should be in inbox of users, how to fix this issue

We have one ex-ABC@servicenow.com, this iwas used in some notifications. so when the notoification is triggering, the mail is going to junk folder of user not to the inbox. Need some assistance to fix this issue

Could you elaborate this one...? to resolve this in simple approach

Your mail server is marking service now emails as junk this is something we can't control using ServiceNow. You'll have check rules defined in your Gmail or Office 365 outlook
