Hello all,
Appriciate feedback on the below:
My company is doing a new ServiceNow ITSM implementation, trying to understand a few best practices,
When cloning the Dev instance to Test and Prod, is it normal to copy the users? We are using Azure for provisioning, will this generate any conflict?
