HI all, I have a client requirement that i need to integrate the Servicenow incident table to Devops.
- Requirement is to enable 2 way integration between ServiceNow and ADO and design a way to manage a single backlog, but to maintain integrity of original service ticket. So can any one guide me on this how to achieve this requirement.

@Smrutiranjan You have a few options to set up a 2-way integration between SN and ADO.
1) Integration Hub + the ADO spoke. If your client's plan includes Integration Hub and you feel comfortable scripting, you could go this route.
2) Third party apps - I'm from Unito, we have a 2-way integration for ServiceNow and Azure DevOps that's quite easy to use. Here's a guide on syncing incidents to work items.
In general, Unito is easier and more cost effective for your use case. The visual flow builder is similar to SN's flow designer, but the automation process takes less time, no maintenance, and offers a lot more functionality than the prebuilt spokes.
In terms of cost, the average plan is a fraction of what your client would have to pay for Integration Hub and comes with the added benefit of not needing to set up custom coded integrations on your own.

Unito's SOC 2 Type II compliant, while Transport Level Security (TLS) version 1.2 is used to encrypt data in transit. The company also maintains an “A+” rating on Qualys SSL labs tests. Data at rest is encrypted with AES 256 algorithms or better.
You can find more details about data security here.
The cost depends on usage so it depends how many tickets you're syncing back and forth between ADO and ServiceNow.
The starting price for ServiceNow users starts at ~$17k USD per year with a cap of 15,000 tickets. That also gives you access to the entire catalogue of connectors, so you can also sync other tools beyond just ServiceNow and ADO.
I think the starting price for Integration Hub is around $150k?

Does the Unito also have a predefined integration to send requests to ADO?
