Hi All,
In my SN system, we have multiple quick messages have been defined. Requirement is to while clicking on the email client button, Quick message should populate one of quick message as default one. Is there any configuration where do i define? Because i couldn't find any field where do i define quick message to default.
Any help much appreciated.

Hello GN
You can use Email Client templates to achieve this goal.
You can write down your one of the quick message that you want to set as default while clicked on email client from 'form'
