Calling all ServiceNow Developers and Admins. Our Upgrades product team is running an interview study to collect partner and customer feedback on the Upgrade Plans user experience. We are seeking customers who currently use Upgrade plans or have used the Upgrade Plans feature at least one time.
Persona/Job Title – Developers and Admins who have used with Upgrade Plans.
