Short description missing while creating HR Case

Hi Team,

While creating HR case short description value set with HR service (as per OOB) from native view.

But one of our client instance, short description value missing while creating HR case from the native view.

Please suggest how can we fix this issue.

You will need to setup the HR Template for this , Navigate to All> Hr administration >HR services >Hr templates

Below are the screenshots for the same.

In the PD instance short description value set with HR service.

But in the other instance short description value set empty.
